FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION - THE WEEKEND FESTIVAL NOTTINGHAM

Apply now to become a food vendor at The Weekend Festival . As the year 2024 is now fully booked, we invite you to submit your application for the 2025 festival season, which will take place in Nottingham and London.  

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – by completing the booking form you are agreeing to the following information:
Stalls will not be confirmed or booked until full payment has been made and food hygiene certificates have been received (when you book in we will send you details on how to send payment and provide the documents)

Select a space size Required:

Each stall will be allowed 2 vehicles behind their stall space. There is electricity supplied within the price 6kva - enough to power a 3 bedroom house (please bring your own extension leads 10meter+). We can also supply additional power at a small fee. We will also have fresh water supply tap. Throughout the day we will also advertise your stall on the main stage screens. If you wish to bring more vehicles there will be allocated parking in the carpark onsite - our issued ticket must be displayed at all times. No vehicles inside the fence line are permitted to move whilst festival is running.
